BREWDOG: BrewDog are taking suggestions from the public to find a name for their Kessock Road plant.

Ellon-based brewers BrewDog have announced that they are taking suggestions for a name of their original home in Fraserburgh.

The Broch plant, which will be used to create small, unique batches of BrewDog products, was the home of the company for the past five years, the business recently moving to Ellon.

Now, however, BrewDog are looking to hand over the creative duties to the public and find a name for their original home.

“Now we want your help to name our old brewery; it would be a shame to have an awesome experimental brewing facility without a suitably epic name,” read an article on their website, before offering suggestions of their own to “get your creative juices flowing.”

Among the suggestions was “Fraserburgh Arts & Science Centre,” “The Stephen Hawking Theoretical Beer Centre,” and “Suburban Dream Fallout Shelter.”

Suggestions for the name of the Fraserburgh plant are being submitted online at BrewDog’s website, on the blog article announcing the news,
and via both Twitter and Facebook.
