Wildlife crime event

Grampian Police is holding a rural and wildlife crime event as part of efforts to reduce the likelihood and the impact of crime on rural
communities.

Rural areas can often be perceived as relatively crime-free, but nationally there is an increasing trend in offences such as poaching and theft.

The event will take place at Inverurie’s Thainstone Centre on Saturday, March 23 and is free to attend.

Presentations by Grampian Police Crime Reduction, Wildlife Crime and Roads Policing Units will address these three key areas of rural crime.

To apply for a ticket, please contact PC Lisa-Marie Dick at Grampian Police on 0845 600 5 700, or e-mail: lisa-marie.dick@grampian.pnn.police.uk.
