Mintlaw recycle store hosts open day

The North East Scotland Preservation Trust will be holding an Open Day at its heritage building material recycling store at Mintlaw this Saturday (March 16) from 9am to 4pm.

Visitors will be able to view and buy a wide range of reclaimed heritage building materials such as granite lintels and blocks, sandstone, Scotch slates, pantiles and Caithness Slabs.

Two of the store’s best sellers, reclaimed Granite Setts and reclaimed Welsh Slates are back in stock and early orders are recommended to avoid disappointment.

The store also stocks a wide range of other reclaimed items such as fireplaces, cast-iron radiators, chimney pots and insulation material.
