FRASERBURGH FC travelled to Edinburgh for a pre season tour and took part in two matches against local opponents Lothian Thistle and Civil Service Strollers.

The first match on the Friday night ended with the Broch running out 3-1 winners with goals from Allan Hale, William West and Derek Milne.

The Saturday match didn't go so well with the home side winning 3-0.

"The whole point of the weekend was to play a couple of matches and to take part in some team building and that was successfully accomplished.
"It was a good experience for the younger lads at the club and likewise for the more established members.

"The weekend wouldn't have been possible without the help of Gray & Adams, who helped organise the accommodation and who also provided the new travelling suits the first team squad will be wearing this season.

"We would like to thank Gray & Adams for their continued support," said a club spokesman.

This Saturday, the Broch start their League campaign against Clachnacuddin at Bellslea Park with a 3.00pm kick off.

Someof the new signings maybe be on show.

Goalkeepers Andrew Dickinson and Paul Leask have joined the club as have outfield players Robert Morrice and Jamie Beagrie.
