The Bellslea, aided by an eight ball clearance from Kris Manett, won 8-7 out at the Tufted Duck to claim runners up spot over the Ark by a single frame, the Ark themselves winning 10-5 against the Bala.

claimed two eight ball clearances for the visitors.
In division 2, the champions the Legion finished their league campaign with their 10th straight victory, this time a 12-3 win over Noah's Ark.
The Pittendrum B landed second spot winning 11-4 at Jims bar, while Cheers climbed up to fourth place with a hard fought 8-7 victory against the Drum.
The winner of the first division player of the year is Barry Calder of the Station winning 24 frames out of 30, while Graham Summers of the Legion takes the second division title winning 28 frames out of 29.
This Thursday 24th July the semi finals of the divisional cups are played, in the division 1 cup Ark v Bala and Pittendrum v Tufted duck. In division 2 Noah's Ark v Drum and Cheers v Jims bar.
On Monday 28th July the next monthly meeting will be held in the Bala at 8pm where the singles and doubles draws will be made along with the monthly 50/50 draw.
