CADETS: The Fraserburgh Sea Cadets recently accepted a 1000 donation from the Sea Cadet Association.

Fraserburgh Sea Cadet unit T.S. Gowanlea is delighted to announce that they have been given a donation of £1000 from the Sea Cadet Association.

The donation will help towards the working capital of the unit, and have given cadets the opportunity to continue to develop the unit.

Sea Cadet units are each individually their own charities and receive no funding, therefore every penny that they receive makes a huge difference to every cadet.

The support is vital and local units rely on the goodwill of communities and businesses for financial support.

Sea Cadets welcome all donations, which help provide opportunities and equipment for cadets.

Should you like to support Fraserburgh unit by getting involved with fundraising, joining the committee, joining as a cadet, or anything else then you can contact them via their unit website www.sea-cadets.org/fraserburgh, or contact the unit Officer in Charge - PO (SCC) Craig Trail on 07530 421 431.
