Tour of Broch’s past

The history of the Broch will be embraced when an architect hosts a guided walk around Fraserburgh’s oldest buildings next month.

Taking place on Saturday, September 12th at 11.30am, the walk will start outside Saltoun Chambers.

There will then be visits to Broad Street, Shore Street and Kinnaird Head before finishing at the Heritage Museum, expecting to take 45 minutes.

It will be guided by consultant architect on the Fraserburgh 2021 project, which seeks to “restore and enhance key historic buildings within the town”, Alan Marshall.

If the weather is unsuitable, Mr Marshall will give a presentations in Saltoun Chambers on Faserburgh’s key historic buildings.
