Fraserburgh’s annual Blue Light Festival will return this Sunday, May 11, at the Fraserburgh Leisure Centre.

The annual event, which highlights the life-saving work of the blue light services across the North-east and beyond regularly draws good crowds who come to show their support and enjoy the day.

Last year, demonstrations at the Blue Light Festival included the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service demonstrating procedure for dealing with a chip pan fire and chopping down a car.

There was also a strongman competition and Fraserburgh’s 6.1.0. Dance Academy performed.

This year’s event begins at 12:30pm.
