A children’s charity in Fraserburgh has put on a Christmas party.
Home-Start NEA held their annual Children’s Christmas Party on December 7 in their office at The Hub, 56 High Street.
A children’s entertainer joined in the fun at this year’s party. Lisa Lollipop wowed 13 local children, their parents and a small group of home visiting volunteers with her face painting skills, traditional games, balloon modelling and Christmas music.
Fiona Morrison from Total E & P UK Limited also attended the party.
Commenting, Angie Christie, who is a Co-ordinator at Home-Start, said: “None of this would be possible if it hadn’t been for the generosity of Total, who donated £416.00 to fund this event.
“Fiona enjoyed spending time with the children and their parents and learned more about the work we do here at Home-Start NEA, by spending time talking with Marjorie Griffiths, a member of our Board of Trustees.
“A good time was had by all and the children went home extremely happy after meeting Santa Claus, who presented each child with a gift to take home.
“We would like to thank Phil Thorpe, a local business man who donated these gifts, for his kindness and support.”
