A FRASERBURGH charity has been busy fundraising through various activities.

Children 1st staff and families have been busy jogging and swimming to raise funds for Children 1st services.

With a healthy agenda encouraging everyone to do their bit, Mike Hartley administrator along with his Jog Scotland chums enjoyed dressing up in the red suits, hats and beards in December to raise funds for the organisation.

Furthermore, Tracey Duthie, Charlene Scott, Jenna Wemyss and Rebecca Whyte swam lengths in the local pool in their swimsuits, swimming hundred of lengths which was an invaluable contribution to the fundraising total.

A great achievement when you consider the fact that some of the girls had not been in the pool since primary school prior to starting their health kick. The cash raised was almost an impressive £1,000!

Well done to all who took part in achieving the funds.
