Lachlan MacDonald, agent, has applied for the erection of a replacement house and integral double garage at Cairnhill Croft, Rosehearty.

Mr MacDonald has also applied for planning permission for the extension of a house at Assynt Place, Fraserburgh.

Tim Branston, agent, has applied for alterations and the change of use of a car sales room in New Pitsligo to a hot food takeaway with associated parking. The application also calls for the siting of a fuel tank, ground engineering works, and the siting of a static caravan for staff accommodation.
