A 67-year-old man has been charged following a spate of thefts from a graveside at Cairnbulg Cemetery.

Numerous ornaments, including a heart-shaped trinket and a vase, were discovered missing by family of the deceased over a four month period at the cemetery.

A grave marker and a remembrance pot were also damaged.
