Grampian Police are appealing for witnesses following a theft in Strichen.
The break-in happened about 4:20am on November 19 at the Co-operative Store on Bridge Street. Scratch cards to the value of a mid three figure sum were stolen.
Constable Emma Miller said: “Those responsible for this crime are likely to have made some noise when breaking in and I’d be interested in hearing from anyone who heard anything untoward at the time.
“We are also keen to identify the driver of a small grey or silver van that was seen in the vicinity around the time of the theft.”
