Police appeal for witnesses of Fraserburgh assault

Officers from the Aberdeenshire and Moray Division in Fraserburgh are appealing for witnesses following an assault and theft that occurred in the area between 1am and 2am on Sunday, March 31.

The incident occurred in the Kirk Brae area of Fraserburgh and as a result, a twenty year old male was assaulted by three males and had a high two figure sum of money stolen.

The victim was treated in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for a minor injury.
