An inquiry has been launched into the death of a man in a Buchan village, which Police are treating as suspicious.
Police Officers and an ambulance attended at a commercial premises in Mintlaw at around 5.35pm on Monday to a report of a man having collapsed following a disturbance.
Sadly the man could not be revived and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police Scotland are treating the death as suspicious and have launched an enquiry into the circumstances.
Enquiries are at an early stage and no details of deceased can be released until Next of Kin have been contacted.
