Two charged after Asda theft

Two people have been charged in connection with a theft and related incident which occurred in Fraserburgh on Monday, August 19.

The incident occurred at about 7.35pm at Asda on the town’s Watermill Road.

A 27-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman are due to appear at Peterhead Sheriff Court on Wednesday, August 21.

PC MacDonald, who is investigating, said: “We are keen to speak with any person who may have witnessed this incident to come forward.

“In particular we would appeal for any person who may have witnessed two males and a female in the Watermill Road area of Fraserburgh about this time to come forward.”
