Fraserburgh girl Eilidh Kirkwood had success in the annual one mile Banff to Macduff cross bay swim this past weekend.
The 17 year old had a great swim which saw her come in first overall as well as picking up the first female award.
Eilidh reached the steps as Macduff harbour before anyone in a time of 18 minutes and 55 seconds.
It was girl power as Samantha Roger came in second place. The 16 year old from Memsie had a time of 19 minutes and 37 seconds.
Third place was shared along with the award for first male as Callum Liddell of Peterhead shared the honour with Ryan Kaczmarek of Banff.
Both finished the cross bay swim in 19 minutes and 57 seconds.
