Fraserburgh Academy pupils recently enjoyed a short break to England, taking in the sights of the English Premier League with trips to the Reebok Stadium and Old Trafford.

Some 39 students made the trip between April 7 to 9, attending the Bolton v Fulham and Manchester United v Queen’s Park Rangers fixtures.

Fraserburgh Academy’s football representative, Mrs Jex, praised the tour company, Inspire Sport, for the experience, saying that it was the third time the school had used them.

She added that the behaviour and enthusiasm of the pupils was fantastic: “They’re great to take on holiday,” she said.
