A group of pupils from St Andrews School has visited the Heritage Centre in Fraserburgh as part of their study of the Second World War.
During the visit, Mrs Buchan’s class looked at rationing, while Mrs Sim’s class listened to stories about World War 2 from Henry Duthie.
Commenting, a Fraserburgh Heritage Centre spokesperson said: “The children thoroughly enjoyed the visit on both days.
“The school found the visit very informative and very worthwhile.”
The Heritage Centre is happy to arrange pre-booked, out-of-season visits wherever possible to groups of visitors. For further information contact the Centre directly on 01346 512888 or visit their website on www.fraserburghheritage.com
