Harvest of the Sea service to be held next month

The Fraserburgh Fishermen’s Mission are holding their annual Harvest of the Sea weekend on Saturday and Sunday, November 2 and 3, this year.

The annual event will this year, on Saturday, November 2, see the Fishermen’s Mission offer up a fish and chips night from 7pm.

Tickets are priced, for this, at £10 and are available by calling the Fishermen’s Mission office on 01346 518388 or by visiting the Mission near Fraserburgh’s harbour. Admission is by ticket only on Saturday.

On Sunday, the annual Harvest of the Sea service will be held.

This year’s speaker at the service will be Pastor Ben Ritchie.

Everyone is welcome to come and join in at the service where God is thanked for His goodness over the past year and to pray for His protection over our fishermen for the year to come.

Tea is to be served at the conclusion of the service.

The Fraserburgh Fishermen’s Mission will this year also offer those interested the opportunity to attend the pantomime in Aberdeen.

This year’s performance will see actress Elaine C. Smith in Cinderella at His Majesty’s Theatre, Aberdeen.

The Mission is scheduled to attend the pantomime on Wednesday, December 4, the bus leaving Fraserburgh at 5:15pm. Tickets are £25.50 and cover the theatre ticket, bus travel and refreshments on the journey back. Book by calling or visiting the Mission.
