Lifeboat fund-raiser Ethel Yeats and Fraserburgh Lifeboat Coxswain Vic Sutherland admire a rocking horse made by Shaun Carnegie and donated by him to raise funds for the local RNLI.

Ethel and other fund-raisers sold raffles at Tesco in December and raised the fantastic sum of £1,219. The winner of the rocking horse was Mrs Geddes of Kintore.

Ethel and Vic would like to thank Shaun for his fantastic contribution and everyone who bought raffles which has resulted in swelling the local lifeboat’s funds by over £1,200.

The lucky winner of the Christmas Hamper, drawn by Santa at the RNLI Christmas Grotto, was Mr Dougie Morrison of Fraserburgh. Ethel and Vic would again like everyone who bought raffles, adding to the lifeboat’s funds and helping them save lives at sea.
