Beach litter pick up

A national litter pick initiative is coming to Fraserburgh.

As part of Scotland’s National Spring Clean event, the Banff and Buchan ranger and the Buchan Countryside Group are seeking volunteers to help remove and record the rubbish collected on Fraserburgh beach.

The event starts at 11am on Saturday, May 26, and those wishing to take part are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Gloves and rubbish bags will be provided. For more information and to book your place on either event, please contact the Banff and Buchan ranger on 01261 813299.
