Car collision injures two
two people were injured at Mid Ardlaw, near Fraserburgh, following a road collision involving two cars.
A Grampian Police spokesperson told the Fraserburgh Herald that the collision happened on the road from the B9032 to the B9031 on the afternoon of Friday, February 10.
Near the Memsie junction, this is just one of a number of crashes that have occurred on this stretch of road.
The Grampian Police spokesperson said:“The call came in just before quarter to four.
“It was a two vehicle RTC involving a red Peugeot 306 and a green Ford Focus.
“We attended the scene with Grampian Fire and Rescue and the Ambulance service.
“Two people were taken to hospital by ambulance.”
None of the people involved are believed to have suffered life-threatening injuries in the collision.
Last week was a particularly bad week for driving across the country, with around 100 road collisions reported in Cumbria alone, due to the wintry weather affecting much of the road network.
The Met Office had issued an amber warning for much of the North of England, with a yellow warning for parts of Scotland.
