Long serving Broch staff are honoured

LONG-SERVING staff from the Fraserburgh office of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, Johnston Carmichael, were recently honoured at a special lunch.

Corporate assistant Jane May was recognised for ten years’ long-service, alongside tax seniors Faye Hendry who has served 15 years and Fiona Duncan who has reached 20 years with the company. Secretary Denise Milne also received an award having worked for the firm for 30 years.

The lunch was held at the Mansefield Hotel in Elgin, to pay tribute to the Fraserburgh employees and 31 other long-serving colleagues from across the firm’s Scottish offices, who have reached the impressive milestone of 445 years of combined service.

Also attending the ceremony were 97 staff who have reached the milestone of ten years’ service.

Billy Smith, managing partner of Johnston Carmichael’s Fraserburgh office, said: “Our long service awards lunch is a very special event which recognises the commitment and dedication of our staff.

“It was tremendous to once again recognise the achievements of members of our Fraserburgh team and we thank each of them for their continued loyalty and dedication.”
