Not guilty assault plea

A BROCH teenager has pleaded not guilty to assaulting a man in May of this year.

Alan Thomas (17), of Braun Court, faces a charge that on May 18 of this year he assaulted a man by kicking him in the head and body several times to his injury.

The alleged incident took place at The Foyer on Broad Street.

Thomas will be back in court on December 17 for his intermediate diet and will face trial on January 16.
