It’s been a hectic week for those young people preparing for Maelstrom the Shell Fireworks Parade around Fraserburgh.

The parade order and route are now out and the groups themselves can now see what they will look like on the night! There are some amazing costumes and there will be one or two very large characters walking along with the young people on the evening of November 2.

Some fantastic creations in costume and art that will thrill you on the night.

Meanwhile, with less than two weeks to go until Adenstrom, Modo staff are well ahead with their plans to turn Aden Country Park into a mysterious and mythical mix of characters and creatures within the darkened trees. Adenstrom will take start at 6.30pm on Saturday, October 27 at Aden Country Park, Mintlaw. This is a free event and the advice is to dress warmly on the night.

This is the third year Modo will have been to Aden and it is always a popular night for the whole family. Join a carnival of curious creatures in the woody wonderland of Aden Country Park for a Halloween night of circus and surpises!
