Royal Bank now open Saturdays

THE Royal Bank of Scotland has announced that it will be easier than ever for customers in Fraserburgh to do their banking at their local branch following the launch of Saturday banking.

As part of a nationwide initiative RBS will be almost doubling the number of branches which will now open on a Saturday.

With effect from last Saturday, Fraserburgh branch is now open every Saturday from 10am to 2pm with a full counter service available. The new Saturday opening hours are in addition to the normal opening hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9.15am to 4.45am, with the exception of Wednesday, when the branch opens at 10am.

Ray Buchan, Branch Manager in Fraserburgh said:

" We are always aiming to enhance the level of service our customers receive and this includes providing easier and more convenient access to their branch.

"Whilst our customers will of course have access to 24 hour telephone and internet banking, we also know how important it is that they have personal, face to face contact. We are wholeheartedly committed to our branches, which are very much at the heart of the communities in which they operate.

"We do hope our customers in Fraserburgh enjoy the convenience of having their branch open on a Saturday."
