The Asco drivers' dinner dance function raised more than 700 for the Step Up For Dylan campaign.

The Step Up For Dylan campaign in Peterhead was given a big boost last week after they received a cheque for £740 from representatives of the Asco Drivers and Friends.

Jim Coutts and Ada Brown visited the home of toddler Dylan Parsons who needs life-changing surgery to correct spastic diplegia - a form of cerebal palsy.

The money was raised at an annual dinner dance for the drivers group - and their generous friends - held on February 15.

Each year a different local charity is chosen on the night for people to support
