Love is in the air this Valentine’s Day – and at Asda Fraserburgh they want to find the couple who truly have stood the test of time.

Located on Watermill Road, Asda is on the hunt for the longest married couple in Fraserburgh so they can be given a special treat by the store.

As a thank you for taking part, the couple will receive flowers and a bottle of champagne to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

Commenting, Stuart Sharp, general store manager at Asda Fraserburgh, said: “Valentine’s Day is the most romantic day of the year, so we thought what better way to celebrate this than by treating a long standing local couple to a special gift.

“We’re appealing to married couples in the community, who are celebrating many happy years together, to come forward and bring a copy of their marriage certificates to the store next time they are in doing their shopping.”

To enter, take a photocopy of your marriage certificate to the customer services desk at the store no later than Monday, February 10, and please include your name and contact details.
