The Vintage Car Rally comes to Fraserburgh this Sunday with historic vehicles, a craft fair and an auto jumble for all the family.
With over 500 exhibits the rally is set to be the largest in the 21 years the show has been coming to the Broch.
The event will feature the World Rally Championship 2012 Ford Fiesta RS Rally Car and also the Joseph Peace Fire Stunt Spectacular.
Many local people are bringing along cars they have done up for the town to see. Vehicles on show will be a 1961 BMW isetta bubble, a 1953 Morris minor, a 1972 Hillman avenger tiger, a 1958 Mercedes Benz 2205, over 100 tractors and 30+ RS Fords.
Also featuring on the day will be a Mini-Quad 4-wheel motor bikes, inflatable assault course, a bucking bronco, a large bouncy castle, a model boat display, Robbie Cockburn, award winning 1st Fraserburgh Boys Brigade Bugle Band, a unique chain saw wood carving demonstration, the north wind Victorian Street Organ, farming of Yesteryear Display, Ford Model T Challenge.
In celebration of the Diamond Jubilee there will be a special award for the best 60 year old exhibit.
Everyone is encouraged to come along and organisers have asked that the public be patient coming and going as there may be delays due to the event. The public are also reminded not to park in spaces allocated to blue badge holders unless they hold the badge.
