‘Mak’ it at hame an tak’ it tae Rosehearty’ call from church

Pitsligo Parish Church in Rosehearty is hosting a competition and wants everyone to get involved.

The competition entitled ‘Mak it at hame an tak’ it tae Rosehearty’ will take place on Saturday, September 3, between 11am and 4pm at Rosehearty Church.

Entry at the door will cost £1 for adults and 50 pence for children.

There will also be food, tea and coffee for sale at the event including homemade soup, pankcakes, scones and homebakes.

There are ten different types of competition that can be entered.

You could try your hand at some home baking with seven different competitions to enter in that category including four pancakes, four scones and an iced carrot cake.

There are also competitions for children to enter according to age with a make a potato print picture and draw and name your own monster competition for the under fives.

As well as having plenty of different competitions to enter there will also be stalls available at the church with a bouncy castle, badge making, Berry Scrumptious and rolling pennies all available on the day.
