Oil exhibition set to return

Europe’s premier oil exhibition returns to Aberdeen for the 20th time this year, presenting North-east businesses with an unmissable opportunity to gain international exposure to world energy
markets.

Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Councils have secured a prime spot to promote the region as a place of expertise and innovation in the sector at Offshore Europe 2013.

The biennial event, which has grown steadily since its launch in 1973, is Europe’s biggest energy industry conference and exhibition, attracting thousands of delegates from across the world, including Brazil and Iraq.

City firms interested in booking a space on the stand should contact Kathryn McFarlane by emailing international@aberdeencity.gov.uk. Businesses in Aberdeenshire looking to book a space can contact Alistair Reid by emailing alistaic.c.reid@aberdeenshire.gov.uk. The closing date for applications is Friday, February 8.
