This year’s Rosehearty Community Boat club open day was hailed a success, despite the weather not being too kind.
The open day took place last weekend with members anxious about the weather forecast for the day.
However, the group was not to be defeated by the weather with plans changed at the last minute to allow the barbecue, fresh fish stall and kipper stall to move indoors.
Rosehearty folk were treated to many different stalls available at the open day with a bottle stand being extremely popular.
The Broch’s Pet Palace was also in attendance giving members of the public the chance to win a goldfish. The shop also donated a number of products including fish tanks for the goldfish.
Children were not to be put off by the weather as the bouncy castle still proved popular, with front flips and forward rolls coming thick and fast.
The club has expressed thanks to everyone who gave up their time and put in the effort to make the day a success.
