A North-east accountancy firm has doubled the size of one of its four offices to meet the demands of increased business.
SBP Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors, which has offices in Aberdeen, Peterhead, Fraserburgh and Banff, has invested £50,000 on expanding and refurbishing their premises in Fraserburgh’s Cross Street.
The exterior and interior of the building, which is owned by the firm, has been modernised to accommodate an increase in staff resources at the Fraserburgh base.
SBP previously occupied the first floor of the building but they have now expanded onto the second floor as they continue to experience growth in business.
Partner, Peter Bruce, who manages the Fraserburgh and Banff office, said; “Expanding the Fraserburgh office will place SBP in a great position for further expanding the business with an increase in staff numbers and also clients.
“We now have more resources available to ensure we an continue to offer our clients a personal and quality service.”
The business, which was set up over 30 years ago, has more than 35 employees and the refurbishment will see the introduction of tax specialists to the local office, which will broaden the services available for clients in the area.
