Fraserburgh’s Solomon Lodge held their Burns Supper last week, hosting a good crowd who turned out to take part in the event.
The guests were invited to the Solomon Lodge by Mr Alister Burgess and Mr J. Main, who acted as compare for the evening.
Mr Main also gave a toast to the ladies in attendance, as tradition dictates for a Burns supper.
The reply was given by Ms Evelyn Stewart.
Bagpipes were played during the entrance of the haggis by Mr P. Malley, which, in turn, was addressed by Mr D. Wemyss.
‘The Immortal Memory’ was read by Dr D. Nicol, and ‘Tam O’ Shanter’ was read by Mr I. Bain.
