Pipe Band, Local Music (for all ages - remember Tangles at the Beach), Fraserburgh Youth Music and local Dancers Magic show, Bingo and Baby Show Floats - If anybody willing LifeboatFire Brigade Display Boats: Best Decorated, Bay sail for a small fee SpeedboatWaterskiJetski display at the Beach SkateboardBMX Display Photography Competition & Guess the Location Shop Window Competition Decorate the Golden Horn Lighthouse Train for kids (St Combs uses a 4x4 bike and trailer) no need to resurrect the train at any great cost Raffles or Local Fun Auction Stalls selling goods and food Penny competitions Balloon Race & Balloon Man Cookery Displays using local chefs and local produce Involve the Castle, Museum and Heritage Centre - perhaps Ceilidh or Storytelling "Celebrity Guests" (Belger has Star Wars Characters

Resounding YES to the Marina. I've even consulted my fisherman father over this and he can see no reason to object to it.
