Aberdeenshire Council has announced that parts of the roads network in Fraserburgh will close for no longer than 24 hours from September 30 as
part of a rolling series of patching works on five streets.
All the works should be completed within five days. Each roadwork should last less than 24 hours and pedestrian access will be maintained and as far as possible, vehicle access to affected properties.
The affected roads are:
The U15B Philorth Road from U16B junction to C17B junction. Alternative
routes are via the U16B to C17B at Howanhill Crossroads and the C17B to
U15B at North Lodge.
Bath Street from Shore Street towards the harbour.
Charlotte Street Fraserburgh, from College Bounds to Mid Street. There will
be an alternate route via College Street round Charlotte Street to Mid Street.
Kirkton road to end of Strichen Road, Fraserburgh.
Frederick Street from Rathen Road to Fraser Place, Inverallochy.
