Sunday nights are sorted for music on Kinnaird Radio (Fraserburgh’s own community radio station), with the welcome return to the airwaves of Alan Strachan.
His new programme is “The Classic Rock and Blues Show” and will be aired from 9-11pm each Sunday.
Alan has an encyclopaedic knowledge of rock and blues music – not to mention a gargantuan collection of CDs! You can be sure to hear a varied programme of the very best rock and blues music to be had.
Kinnaird Radio (KRL) has been established for many years now, offering a whole mix of shows – both music- and speech-based. Together, they enable a community-based perspective.
The station broadcasts locally on 96.7fm (the same frequency as MFR which is Kinnaird Radio’s holding station) – if you tune to MFR, you will get KRL when it is broadcasting.
As well as broadcasting on 96.7fm, KRL simultaneously streams live on the internet. This means all programming is available wherever there is an internet connection – find the stream on kinnairdradio.co.uk.
Alan will start the new show from this Sunday (14th June) at 9pm. Tune in for great music.
