Several new planning applications have been made in Fraserburgh and district this month, the full list viewable at Aberdeenshire Council’s website.

The following are planning applications for builds and properties within the AB43 postcode.

York Green Renewables (Wind Services) Plc have submitted an application for the erection of one 74-metre tall wind turbine at Flushing Farm, Inverallochy.

FCS Ltd (Stuart Jamieson) has submitted an application for the erection of one 33.6-metre tall wind turbine on land at Nether Cortes, Lonmay.

Aberdeenshire Council’s property service has submitted an application for the erection of a storage unit at St Combs Primary School, St Combs.

Baxter Design has submitted an application of behalf of Ms Andrea Goodenough for alterations and extension Ardglassie Croft, Rathen.

Mantell Ritchie has submitted a planning application on behalf of Aberdeenshire Council for internal alterations and the repair of four windows in the Dalrymple Hall and Arts Centre, Fraserburgh.

Mr Ian Rollo Milne has submitted a farm/ forestry notification for the erection of an agricultural building at Bellmans Croft, Lonmay.

Taylor Design Services have submitted a planning application for the erection of a house and garage on behalf of Mr K. Corbett at Broomhead Steading, Fraserburgh.

Mr Lachlan MacDonald has submitted a planning application on behalf of Mr W. Sinclair for the formation of two off-street car parking spaces at Grattan Place, Fraserburgh.

Mr Lachlan MacDonald has also submitted a planning application on behalf of Mr D. Duthie for the erection of a house on land adjacent to a Mid Street property, St Combs.
