Willows hopes to benefit from quiz night

Fraserburgh woman Jacqueline Winton is holding a quiz night on Friday September 23 to help raise money for Willows Animal Sanctuary.

The sanctuary and animal assisted therapy unit were delighted that Jacqueline had organised a quiz night for the centre.

When Jacqueline, who loves cat,s heard about the sanctuary she wanted to do something to help.

Jacqueline told the Herald: “The Quiz night is to be held at the RAFA club, Love Lane in Fraserburgh and starts at 7pm.

Local businesses have donated toward the raffle and we would like to thank them very much.”

The money raised will go towards the running cost of the sanctuary which supports over 300 abused and unwanted animals.

The sanctuary also has a therapeutic unit for vulnerable people in the community.
