Excellent conditions allow Carol and Robbie to smash their PB times

EXCLLENt running conditions provided the most competitive run for the season. Carol Massie, Robbie Youngson, Charlie Noble, Mark Caldwell, Chris Young and Graeme Clark all had PBs. Six of the other runners had seasons best times.

Carol Massie had the best run for the ladies beating her previous P.B. by 1 minute and 12 seconds and moves up to second place in the league.

Robbie Youngson had his second consecutive P.B. improving on his previous time by 59secs and also having the best scratch time which was an excellent performance.

Lisa Stephen had the best scratch time for the ladies.
