Award-winning funnyman Danny Bhoy is to take his latest show, Please Untick This Box, to Aberdeen’s Music Hall on Thursday, September 18, as part of a 20-date UK-wide tour.
“I’m really looking forward to going on tour, I thrive off making people laugh,” said Danny. “I adore the amount of freedom you have in stand-up and I have the same sense of excitement as I have ever had. I love being on stage and can’t wait to see the fans again.”
The Scottish-Indian comedian from Dumfries and Galloway, began stand-up in 1998, impressing audiences with his unique brand of observational humour and natural gift for storytelling, and a year later won The Daily Telegraph Open Mic Award, the biggest national competition in the UK for new comics.
In 2011, he sold out shows at the Sydney Comedy Festival, with his show Messenger (Please Do Not Shoot).
Tickets for his show cost £16 are available online at www.aberdeenperformingarts.com, by phone at 01224 641122 and at Aberdeen Box Office at the Music Hall.
