Tesco’s Got Talent was a major success on April 28 at the Darlymple Hall.
Ten Acts took to the stage to perform for the crowd and to become Tesco’s Got Talent Winner 2012.
In last weeks paper were pictures of some of the acts including winner Madison Keith who donated her prize winning’s of £200 to Cancer Research.
Martin, an employee of Tesco and one of the organisers said:
“It was a great night and such a great success. I’m so pleased that the show raised £2300. Fraserburgh Junior Arts Society will receive £650 of the money raised with the remainder going to Cancer Research.”
The Acts were: Three eight year-old dancers called SKE, Emma West who sang ‘Hallelujah’, three year-old Libby Jane who sang ‘Away in a Manger’, Leigha Watt who sang and played guitar to Elton John’s ‘Your Song’, a tribute act called ‘Fruitloaf’, ‘Angels Choir’ who sang ‘Edge of Glory’, eight year-old Morven Adrain who sang ‘You and I’, Dance company 6.10 , 16 year-old Madison Keith who sang ‘Jar of Hearts’ and the Tesco employees dancing to ‘Time Warp’.
