Following on from this, the committee have organised prize bingo on October 13 at 7:30pm in the Leisure Centre before a quiz night, also at the Leisure Centre, on May 10 at 7:30pm.
The Blue Light Festival will then return on May 12, incorporating the Grampian Fire and Rescue Service, Grampian Police, the Coastguard, the Scottish Ambulance Service, the RNLI and the Red Cross.
The committee will next meet on September 25 at 7:30pm in the Fire Station. New members eager to lend a hand always welcome.
