Several shop windows in Fraserburgh’s town centre have made a point of showing their support for this weekend’s Lifeboat Open Day.
The Orphan Shop, on High Street, has taken the nautical theme to new heights with their display featuring everything from a rubber ring to a crocodile.
The staff at the store have also decorated another window display in support of Her Majesty The Queen’s Jubilee celebrations, outfitting a display is frocks and red, white and blue decorations.
Newsagent R & S Dyga, meanwhile, have been running a raffle this week to support the Lifeboat funds.
Tickets are £1 each, available in-store, and are for the chance to win one of two beautiful canvas photographs.
The raffle for the photographs will be drawn on Saturday, June 9.
The Lifeboat Open Day, itself, will be held on Saturday, June 2, at the Lifeboat Station from 11am ‘til 3pm.
As well as meeting the crew and looking at the equipment and Lifeboat that they use, Lifeboat gifts will be on sale throughout the day.
Similarly, the day will be supported by readily available teas, barbecue, raffles and various stalls.
Music and dancers will also perform on the day.
