Skills Development Scotland will hold an event in Fraserburgh on May 10 to support local people looking for work.
Employers across the North East who are looking to recruit new staff are being urged to attend the event.
A second event will also be held in Aberdeen on June 22 aimed at those affected by redundancies in the oil and gas sector.
Marion Beattie, Head of Employer Services at SDS, said: “These events are worthwhile opportunities for businesses of all sizes across the area that are looking for a source of fresh talent.
“We would encourage not only businesses with existing vacancies to attend, but also those who may be looking to recruit in the coming months and could benefit from meeting potential new staff.”
At both events businesses will have the chance to advertise vacancies they have now or in the near future free of charge and to meet potential new recruits face-to-face.
Both events are organised by PACE with SDS leading on the delivery of PACE support in conjunction with a number of key partners including the Department for Work and Pensions.
The Fraserburgh event, taking place at the North East Scotland College Fraserburgh Campus, is the second to be held in recent months.
A similar event in January attracted 350 people across the local area.
