A local family are holding a ‘car-boot’ sale in Fraserburgh later this month to raise funds for their son’s health care.
On Friday, November 20 from 11am-4pm, there will be bric-a-brac, clothes, books, jewellery and more on sale at Fraserburgh Leisure Centre.
The Cotes family has been raising money for the ongoing health care of son Zachary, who has the condition Truncus Arteriosus - a rare kind of heart disease.
It is a type of heart disease that occurs at birth that results in too much blood flowing to the lungs which, over time, can cause breathing difficulties.
The family need to travel from their home in New Aberdour to Aberdeen and Glasgow for specialist treatment.
Anyone interested in booking a table for selling should get in touch with Angela Cotes on 01346 561488, or search Hospital Fund on Facebook.
