Months of creating wonderful photos from around Fraserburgh has culminated in a gallery and sale of work in the Children 1st office in Frithside Street.
Service users, staff, volunteers and friends of Fraserburgh Families have worked with Banff and Buchan College to realise some qualifications and in a celebration of their work held a sale of work and display gallery.
Photos will remain on display for a further week and the general public are welcome to pop in to view the photos and make any purchases.
A calendar for 2012 displays key photos and is on sale along with some Fraserburgh postcards designed by the group.
Commenting Martina Hickey-Laing, Services Manager, Aberdeenshire Services Children 1ST said: “The opportunity to find and develop artistic skills can go far in the road to recovery by way of giving alternative interests and diversionary activities.
“The Aberdeenshire Alcohol, Drugs Partnership North Forum supported this project by subsidising the shortfall in funds, without their support or that of the friends and families involved this project would not have been realised.”
