Craig Clement, the current service manager at Angus Council, has been appointed as Aberdeenshire Council’s new head of resources and performance management within education and children’s cervices.
The appointment was made today by the council’s Appointments Committee at a meeting in the authority’s Woodhill House headquarters. Before serving Angus Council for almost twenty years as a Senior Education Manager, Mr Clement was principal accountant at Tayside Regional Council. As a member of the senior management team for a large public service he has successfully delivered integrated and efficient services.
Appointments Committee chair, Councillor Jim Gifford, said: “We are delighted to welcome Craig to Aberdeenshire Council. The skills and experience he brings to the table will ensure the senior management team within education and children’s services continues to provide the very best for children and their families across Aberdeenshire.”
