Community councillor John Lovegrove, the Fraserburgh Community Council’s treasurer, has this week spoken out on the vandalism in the town.
Mr Lovegrove, who contacted the Fraserburgh Herald at our office in 60 High Street, said that smashed windows were doing the town no favours.
“It’s a total shambles,” he said.
“It’s ridiculous, and a disaster for the Broch,” he added.
Recently, a High Street store had its windows smashed, with a window in a long-vacant Broad Street store unit having been boarded up due to the damage caused by vandals.
